  • Investigates the characteristics of the plot, the building conditions, the specific characteristics of the area, while at the same time it records the needs and wishes of the owner.<\/li>\n
  • Once the building program has been determined, the operating conditions and the aesthetics of the building, a number of alternative scenarios are explored so that the owner can choose the one that meets his \/ her needs in the most complete way.<\/li>\n
  • At the next phase, the building is precisely designed with the aim of high aesthetics and the satisfaction of both the needs and the wishes of the users.
